Yes, both units are still available. After developer discounts, the price is $3.08m and $2.79m respectively. In fact if you are available tomorrow, we can meet up for further discussion.

Do you mean CWT Distripark in Jurong? If it is, most landlords are looking in the range of slightly about $1.50psf therefore a likely closing price could be about $1.30psf.
